Video captures a Washington State Ferry rocking back and forth following a “very large wake” from a passing Navy ship.
EDMONDS, Wash. — Video shared with KING 5 shows a Washington State Ferry rocking back and forth on the water Wednesday afternoon.
A Washington State Ferries (WSF) spokesperson said the motion was caused by a passing Navy ship.
The video was posted on Instagram by a concerned witness, and the WSF Instagram account responded with reassurance that incidents like this are not commonplace.
The ferry in question had departed from Kingston and was on the way to Edmonds when a Navy ship
