The parent support group Mother Mentors is losing more than a quarter of its funding.
LANGLEY, Wash. — Olivia Murphy checks in with her “mother mentor.” It’s part of a support group by the same name operating on Whidbey Island.
“How’s sleep?” the mentor asked.
“Sleep has been better,” Murphy said. “I’m really excited to have you in our lives.”
Mother Mentors is dedicated to molding young lives and the parents who raise them.
