Stanwood man sentenced to over 10 years in prison for repeat drug conviction

SEATTLE — A Stanwood man was sentenced on Friday to over 10 years in prison for possession of heroin and fentanyl with intent to distribute in a Seattle U.S. District Court.

Christerfer Frick, 49, was arrested in May 2021 while he was still on supervised release from a nine-year prison sentence for drug dealing. In all, Frick was sentenced to 121 months.

“The fact that you immediately turned to drug dealing shortly after release from prison indicates the court needs to protect the community,” U.S. District Judge Richard Jones said.
