SNOHOMISH COUNTY, Wash. — Three months after historic December floods devastated farms across Snohomish County, growers are still struggling to recover.
Nearly half of farms surveyed reported they lost 50% of their annual crop productiona blow that could make for a difficult growing season ahead.
