VANCOUVER, Wash. — Eastbound State Route 14 was blocked for a few hours after a small plane made an emergency landing Saturday afternoon. No one was injured.
The Cessna plane landed on State Route 14 at milepost 2 near Southeast Marine Park Way and Portco Tunnel around noon, according to the WSDOT Southeast’s social media. The right lane was closed as crews responded, but as of 3:14 p.m., all lanes have reopened.
