A skier who was nearly buried in deep snow at the Summit at Snoqualmie was rescued Friday.
SEATTLE — A close call on the slopes at The Summit at Snoqualmie was caught on video Friday when a skier was nearly buried in deep snow before being pulled to safety.
The video, shared by Ian Deans, shows the moment the skier became trapped in heavy powder. In the video Deans was able to reach the person in time and help them out before the situation became life-threatening.
