MOUNT VERNON, Wash. — In the spring of 2025, KING 5 ventured up to the Skagit Valley, as it does every year, for the annual tulip festival.
This particular year, the focus was to find the beauty in the eye of the area’s only colorblind tulip farmer.
The Skagit Valley Tulip Festival is bursting with colors, but farmer Andrew Miller, of Tulip Valley Farms, sees things differently.
