A stray cat at the Humane Society of Skagit Valley has not left the back of her kennel since she was brought in.
It has been four days of despair. She is homesick.
“She just doesn’t know what is going in,” said Janine Ceja, Humane Society of Skagit Valley executive director. “It’s so heartbreaking. It really is.”
