Jerome Lamont Shumate is being held on two counts of first-degree rape and failure to register as a sex offender.
THURSTON COUNTY, Wash. — A sex offender was arrested April 30 after allegedly luring women in downtown Olympia and sexually assaulting them.
Now, the Thurston County Sheriff’s Office is asking anyone who may have survived a similar situation to come forward.
