SEATTLE — The aroma of oxtail and jerk seasoning usually brings comfort to customers at Just Like Home Caribbean Market and Kitchen, a small Jamaican restaurant tucked in Seattle’s diverse food scene. But on Tuesday, the scent couldn’t mask the anxiety hanging in the air.
“It’s hard not to hear about the hurricane that’s happening,” Kashiebia Powell, the restaurant’s supervisor said.
