Fishel is a former fifth overall pick in the NWSL Draft and comes to Seattle after success with one of Europe’s best teams.
SEATTLE — The Seattle Reign made a splash Thursday morning, signing former top-five draft pick and U.S. Women’s National Team forward Mia Fishel to a long-term contract.
The 24-year-old comes to Seattle from Chelsea FC, where she helped lead the club to multiple European titles. Fishel will be signed with the Reign through the 2029 season.
