Since December 2024, two people have died while attempting to cross 14th Ave. S at Henderson St.
SEATTLE — A 60-year-old man died Thursday, May 15 after he was hit by a vehicle while trying to cross 14th Ave. S at Henderson St. in Seattle’s South Park neighborhood; he was the second pedestrian to be killed there since December.
On December 9, a 54-year-old woman died in the same intersection.
While a KING 5 crew was working near the intersection on Saturday, a man identified himself as the husband of the first victim.
