SEATTLE — Political tensions between the United States and Canada have been escalating for months. Now, fewer Canadians are crossing the border into Washington.
In response to the lull in border traffic, local businesses in Seattle are launching a new effort to bring tourists back, just ahead of next week’s Blue Jays–Mariners series.
