Lime said Seattle was the first city in the world to officially launch the all-electric pedal-free vehicle.
SEATTLE — Seattle became the first city in the world to officially receive a new fleet of ‘LimeGliders,’ an all-electric seated scooter from the popular scooter and e-bike company.
The company teamed up with the city in 2024 for a pilot program.
“Seattleites continue to vote with their rides for more sustainable transportation options, making the Emerald City one of the best in the world for two-wheeled travel,” said Hayden Harvey, Director of Government Relations at Lime.”
