Seattle Area Feline Rescue has officially merged with Hidden Gem Cat Rescue to expand the scope of existing foster programs and community services.
SHORELINE, Wash. — Seattle Area Feline Rescue has officially merged with Hidden Gem Cat Rescue to expand the scope of existing foster programs and community services.
SAFe Rescue, a no-kill cat rescue based in Shoreline, made the new merger official on Oct. 20.
Hidden Gem Cat Rescue is a former partner shelter. Before the merger, it operated entirely out of foster homes with an emphasis on the intake and care of orphaned neonate kittens, known among cat-lover communities as “bottle babies.”
