Report: WSU’s Pat Chun to become new UW athletic director on six-year deal

Chun has been the athletic director at Washington State since January 2018, and now moves to the Cougars’ in-state rival.

SEATTLE — Washington State University athletic director Pat Chun is leaving to accept the same role at the University of Washington, ESPN’s Pete Thamel reported Tuesday morning citing sources.

Chun will get a six-year deal to be the new AD of the Huskies, Thamel reports. Chun had been at WSU since January 2018.
