Police are investigating the attack at the Renton Transit Center as a potential hate crime.
RENTON, Wash — Two additional suspects in an attack on a transgender woman at the Renton Transit Center earlier this week are now in police custody.
Officers said a group of people beat up the 39-year-old woman on Monday night, and the attack is being investigated as a potential hate crime. Two teen suspects were arrested the night of the attack, a third was booked by police on Thursday afternoon and a 25-year-old man turned himself in late Thursday after a family member recognized the suspect’s photo when it was released
