RENTON, Wash. — A Renton man has filed a lawsuit against the city and police officers, alleging they used excessive force and violated his constitutional rights during an arrest at a car crash scene nearly two years ago.
The encounter, captured on police body camera footage, left him with fractured ribs, a concussion, and a lasting sense of trauma, he says.
