TACOMA, Wash. — A 64-year-old Puyallup man is fighting for his life in intensive care after a concrete block crashed through his car windshield on Interstate 705 near downtown Tacoma Saturday night. Washington State Patrol (WSP) has arrested a 38-year-old Vancouver man in connection with the attack.
Trevor Wagoner is charged with attempted murder and first-degree assault after allegedly throwing a 10-inch concrete block at the vehicle around 10:30 p.m. on Nov. 22. The block struck the windshield and crushed the passenger’s face and skull, according to investigators. The victim was airlifted
