Seattle anticipates its first 80-degree day of 2025 as temperatures soar above average on Wednesday.
SEATTLE — The hottest temperatures so far this year are expected Wednesday as the Puget Sound region is set to soar into the 80s.
If it hits 80 degrees at Seattle-Tacoma International Airport (SEA), it would be Seattle’s first 80-degree day of the year.
Currently, the warmest day at SEA in 2025 was May 6 when it reached 77 degrees, according to National Weather Service data.
