LAKEWOOD, Wash. — A long-running gang feud is tied to the May shooting at Harry Todd Park that left seven people wounded, police say.
Prosecutors have charged Naquarius Tyshawn Seale, 19, and Jonathan Gregory Williams-Comoza, 17, with seven counts of assault. Williams-Comoza was arrested Wednesday, while Seale was taken into custody Sept. 17.
Investigators say the violence erupted May 28 during what they describe as a mass shooting. Seven people, men and women ages 16 to 38, were struck by gunfire. One victim was hospitalized in critical condition
