Pioneer Square businesses set for playoff boost as Seahawks welcome 49ers

It will be the Seahawks first home playoff game with fans in attendance since 2017.

SEATTLE — Businesses near Lumen Field are expecting a rare January boost this weekend when the Seahawks host the 49ers in their first home playoff game with fans in attendance since 2017.

Fans were not allowed to attend the team’s lone home playoff game after the COVID-impacted 2020 season.
