The owner of Sosio’s Produce said the market’s plan to limit traffic through the winter could spell the end of longtime businesses.
SEATTLE — About two months after Pike Place Market started a pilot program that limits most vehicle traffic, market leaders said the ban will extend into next year.
The pilot was launched in conjunction with a Seattle Public Utilities construction project, which is expected to wrap up by the end of July.
