Investigators learned the suspect met a minor online, traveled to her hometown in southwest Washington seven times and videotaped sexual acts with the victim.
SEATTLE — A Pierce County man was indicted Thursday for sex crimes after he allegedly spoke with a woman he believed was providing him with children for sexual abuse.
Acting U.S. Attorney Teal Luthy Miller said Randy Young, 40, was indicted on attempted enticement of a minor and production of images of child sexual abuse. Young pleaded not guilty in court Wednesday. His trial is scheduled for July 14.
Officials said Young was arrested Nov. 16, 2024, when he arrived
