SEATTLE — A 23-year-old man is in the hospital with serious burns after someone threw a firework directly at his face in Seattle’s Chinatown International District.
According to Seattle police and fire department dispatch logs, late Monday night, 911 operators received a call about a shooting around 9th Avenue and South Jackson Street.
Officers arrived to find a man with facial burns, later determined to have been caused by a firework.
