SEATTLE — A person is dead after a car was found submerged in the Duwamish River near Tukwila International Boulevard Saturday night.
Emergency crews responded to reports of a vehicle in the Duwamish River near the 11300 block of Tukwila International Boulevard.
When firefighters arrived, they found a single car submerged in the water. Images shared from the scene showed crews working in the river, with what appeared to be the vehicle’s brake lights still visible beneath the surface.
