A hit-and-run on state Route 516 killed a 55-year-old man, prompting a search for the driver of a fleeing 2022 Honda Pilot.
KENT, Wash. — A 55-year-old man was killed in a hit-and-run collision late Saturday night on state Route 516 near Kent, according to the Washington State Patrol (WSP).
Troopers were dispatched around 11:45 p.m. to state Route 516 just east of Meeker Street after reports of a collision involving a pedestrian. Investigators said a vehicle was traveling eastbound when it struck a pedestrian.
