ORCAS, Wash. — Israeli naval forces recently captured over 400 activists, including at least 22 Americans, in the middle of the Mediterranean Sea, among those is a Washington resident. The group was sailing to Palestine to challenge the Gaza blockade and deliver humanitarian aid.
