One Washington ZIP code made the 2021 list of the most expensive ZIP codes in the country.
The ZIP code — 98039 — located in Medina, took the No. 10 spot on the list of the priciest ZIP codes in the U.S., according to the report from PropertyShark.
With an average home price of $4 million, the ZIP code was up 24% year-over-year, the highest it’s ever been.
Last year, Medina ranked 9th on the list with a median sale price of $3.23 million. This is also the sixth consecutive year that Medina’s 98039 was the undisputed leader of expensive real estate in the Pacific Northwest.
