BURIEN, Wash. — Authorities are investigating after a person was shot inside a home in Burien late Friday afternoon.
The shooting was reported just after 5 p.m. northwest of Seatle-Tacoma International Airport in the 100 block of Southwest 142nd Street, according to the King County Sheriff’s Office.
Deputies arrived to find one person with a gunshot wound inside the residence. The victim’s age, gender and condition have not been released.
Officials said there is no ongoing threat to the public. The Major Crimes Unit is leading the investigation and
