SEATTLE — A suspect was arrested after doing a reported $100,000 worth of damage to the Interbay Golf Center on Wednesday, according to the Seattle Police Department.
An officer was dispatched to the facility on 15th Avenue West at around 2 a.m. to a reported burglary. When an officer arrived on scene, they spotted the suspect inside the pro shop. The suspect tried to escape onto the golf course but he was apprehended and taken into custody.
After the suspect was read his Miranda Rights, he reportedly said, “Oh man, I almost got away.”
