'Ocean's Eleven' director Steven Soderbergh to shoot movie in Seattle, looking for extras

The Oscar-winning director behind “Erin Brockovich,” “Traffic,” and the “Ocean’s Eleven” series is turning his sights to Seattle, as soon as next month.

Steven Soderbergh will be filming his next movie, “KIMI,” in the Emerald City. According to the casting director’s website, they’ll be casting non union paid extras in Seattle.

The movie will star Zoë Kravitz as an “agoraphobic tech worker who must venture out of her home and into protest-filled Seattle streets when she suspects she has evidence of a violent crime.” It will also include “Jane the Virgin” star Jaime Camil and Byron Bowers, according to Deadline.
