Nearly 18,000 birthday parties have been made possible thanks to Renton-based nonprofit Birthday Dreams.
RENTON, Wash. — For 17 years, Birthday Dreams has helped make nearly 18,000 birthday parties happen for children facing homelessness and difficult times in their lives.
Birthday Dreams, based in Renton, was launched with a mission to bring hope and joy into the lives of children. About 200 children are celebrated every month.
This spring, a series of fundraising events is kicking off to make more birthdays possible.
