Several changes will be coming to State Route 167 between Sumner and Renton as a new toll system is being installed.
SUMNER, Wash. — Drivers need to be aware of new changes coming to State Route 167, especially if you use the HOV lane.
New signs and cameras are already being installed as part of a new toll system.
“167 is getting to be a parking lot starting at 2:30 [in the afternoon],” said Ned Bankston, who has lived in the Auburn area for around 30 years. “So, regulating traffic and the flow of traffic might be a better thing.”
