The new regulations aim to cut down on gun violence associated with some late-night venues in Seattle.
SEATTLE — New regulations on businesses operating after 2 a.m. take effect on Monday in an attempt to curb deadly shootings, like the one that occurred in Pioneer Square last weekend.
Three people were killed and another person was critically injured in the early morning hours Saturday, outside a nightclub on 2nd Avenue South near South Washington Street. The suspect in that shooting is still at large.
