SEATTLE — The National Weather Service is warning of strong winds in the east Puget Sound lowlands Friday morning through Saturday morning.
A High Wind Warning is in place from 7 a.m. Friday through 10 a.m. Saturday.
The strongest winds are expected to occur Friday evening between Enumclaw and Gold Bar. That includes the Interstate 90 and Highway 2 corridors, according to the National Weather Service.
East winds could reach up to 45 miles per hour, while gusts could exceed 60 mph.
