The 18-year-old suspect is wanted by Washington state and Tukwila police.
OLYMPIA, Wash. — The teen blamed for causing a police chase and a hit-and-run crash that critically injured another driver will be held on $100,000 bail.
Adfin Elias was arrested Friday morning when police said he tried running away on foot after running a red light and hitting two cars.
One of the drivers he is accused of hitting said she was frustrated the bail was not higher. The woman did not want her name published, but said she is upset about what happened.
