More than 9,000 without power in western Washington

A weather system left over 15,500 people without power in western Washington Saturday morning, PSE reports.

SEATTLE — More than 9,000 people were without power in western Washington Saturday morning as a weather system made its way through the region.

According to Puget Sound Energy (PSE), 9,000 customers are without power as of 11:30 a.m. The largest concentration of outages is in Snohomish County, in and around Burlington. Outages peaked at over 15,850 around 9 a.m.
