More than 100 people gather to remember man who fell and died in Emerald Queen Casino

The community gathered in heartfelt unity to honor Evan Potifara on Sunday, a devoted Seahawks fan, uncle and rapper.

SEATTLE — More than 100 people gathered on a cold, wet night to honor the life of Evan Potifara, a lifelong Seattle Seahawks fan who died last month after falling inside the Emerald Queen Casino. The vigil, held outside the middle school he attended in South Seattle, brought together friends, family, neighbors and community members united by the impact he had on those around him.
