Six families are seeking legal action against the now-shuttered Northwest School of Innovative Learning. It had campuses in Tacoma, Tumwater, and Redmond.
TUMWATER, Wash. — More families are coming forward alleging abuse, neglect, and a lack of transparency at a school for kids with special needs.
The Northwest School of Innovative Learning (NW SOIL) had campuses in Tacoma, Redmond, and Tumwater. They are now all closed down.
Several school districts contracted with NW SOIL and sent students there. NW SOIL was operated by Fairfax Hospital.
