BURLINGTON, Wash. — Four people were injured in a two-car crash in downtown Burlington that shut down part of state Route 20 on Wednesday. Police said they believe the driver of one of the vehicles may have been under the influence.
Emergency crews responded to the scene at E Fairhaven Avenue in Burlington just before 1 a.m. The road reopened after 6 a.m. after tow trucks cleared the cars from the scene.
