Police say the shooting followed an argument between two men; the 68-year-old victim is hospitalized in serious but stable condition.
SEATTLE — Seattle police are investigating a shooting at the waterfront Thursday afternoon that sent one man to the hospital and ended with another in custody.
Officers responded around 4:13 p.m. to the 900 block of Alaskan Way, where they found a man who had been shot in the chest.
According to police, the victim, a 68-year-old man in a wheelchair, was alert and conscious while speaking with officers and medics before being transported to Harborview Medical Center in serious but stable condition.
