SEATTLE — A man was found guilty on a lesser charge in connection to a 2025 shooting on the Seattle Waterfront that injured a man in a wheelchair.
A King County jury found Gregory Timm, 33, not guilty of first-degree assault, which was the original charge against Timm, and guilty of assault in a lesser degree.
Timm was accused of shooting Harold Powell Sr. while he was in a wheelchair during an altercation on July 31, 2025. Police said Timm initiated the conflict with Powell,
