A suspect is accused of setting multiple tree fires and threatening workers near a Tacoma WINCO, according to court records.
TACOMA, Wash. — A man is facing charges after prosecutors said he set fires that damaged trees in Tacoma and Fircrest and threatened people in Tacoma on Monday, according to Pierce County court records.
Pierce County prosecutors charged Perry Dale Clough on Tuesday with two counts of second-degree arson, two counts of felony harassment involving threats to kill, and one count of third-degree malicious mischief.
According to court documents, one arson charge involves damage to trees in the 1200 block of South Woodlawn Avenue
