POULSBO, Wash. — A man accused of shooting and killing his brother in Kitsap County made his first court appearance Tuesday, where a judge set bail at $500,000.
The 34-year-old suspect is being held on suspicion of second-degree murder. KING 5 is not naming the suspect because he has not been formally charged. He is expected to be arraigned Wednesday afternoon.
