SEATTLE — The man accused of assaulting a 75-year-old woman outside the King County Courthouse pleaded not guilty on Monday after he was found competent to stand trial.
Fale Pea, 42, faces one count of assault in the first degree after he attacked the woman with a wooden board on Dec. 5, 2025, according to charging documents.
