SEATTLE — A shift to colder weather next week could bring spotty lowland snow to parts of western Washington while dumping heavy snow in the mountains, creating potentially difficult travel conditions across Cascade passes.
KING 5 has issued First Alert Weather days from 4 p.m. Tuesday through Wednesday night as a series of colder storms move in from the Gulf of Alaska.
