Live updates: Flash Flood Watch issued for parts of Skagit, Snohomish counties

Western Washington residents are seeing flooding, landslides and road closures as heavy rain pours down on the region Wednesday. 

With heavier rain back into the area, several cities and counties are seeing roadway and property flooding, mudslides, road closures and other damage.
