Lacey man arrested, accused of making guns with 3D printer

Detectives executed a search warrant at the suspect’s home on Pattison Lake, where they say they discovered multiple 3D-printed guns loaded with live ammunition.

LACEY, Wash. — Police arrested a Lacey man Tuesday on accusations of illegally manufacturing firearms with a 3D printer and making violent threats against law enforcement, according to police. 

Detectives executed a search warrant at the suspect’s home on Pattison Lake, where they discovered multiple 3D-printed guns loaded with live ammunition that were capable of firing, investigators said.
