The nine juvenile suspects were arrested on suspicion of attempted motor vehicle theft, possession of a stolen vehicle and obstruction.
KIRKLAND, Wash. — Kirkland police said nine juveniles were arrested Sunday when they were caught in the act of attempting to steal a vehicle.
The Kirkland Police Department said officers responded to a report of suspicious activity at the Juanita Country Club condo complex on April 21. A resident of the community called police and reported two vehicles entered the complex at a high rate of speed, with several people wearing ski masks.
